Property database	ACCPAC / Saleslogix have a completely separate but integrated property database which seamlessly joins clients to properties and listings enabling full history tracking of properties. It eliminates the issue in ACT and other products of having multiple copies of property records. Ideal for farming and handling 100,000 properties plus.
2. Workflow	ACCPAC / Saleslogix have a detailed and integrated workflow engine to automate all activities as part of a campaign or a client trail - click here ACT can achieve this by using 3rd party add-ons but is not as seamless or extensive
3. Campaign Management	ACCPAC / Saleslogix have extensive marketing and campaign management tracking facilities including ROI calculating and more.
4. Publish Listings to Web Sites	ACCPAC / Saleslogix can both "push" internal property data to a listing web site such as domain or realestate.com etc
5. Multi-Office Suitable	With multiple staff and large numbers of listings the ACT interface and database engine and security permissions platform is not best suited for this operation whereas ACCPAC / Saleslogix are built to handle large operations.
