This is a great visual snapshot to enable an agent to quickly assess the progress of their potential listings with prospective vendors.

A simple but easy-to-use report which can be used for a variety of uses including following up groups of potential buyers etc.

 

Referral Report

One of our favourite reports which has the ability to be printed out for a vendor displaying where all of the buyers for their property have come from ( for example from the board, from local advertising, etc ). Can you imagine the power of actually showing a vendor how his/her advertising money is actually being spent ?? 

 

Appraisal Stages Report

Similar to the sales funnel however this report details the property address and the vendors name and phone number and is an ideal Monday or Tuesday morning sales meeting report.

This report is also ideal for management to use to track the frequency and use of phone calls, follow-ups and letters that have been sent to prospective clients.  As well it makes an ideal report to hand to a vendor displaying the amount of work an agent has completed on their behalf with a group of buyers.  As we know it's all about impressing the vendors.
